Tal reuni\u00e3o deve ocorrer no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 4 meses contados do encerramento de seu exerc\u00edcio social, ou seja, 30 de abril de 2019<\/strong>.
Por fim, as demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras dever\u00e3o ser colocadas \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos s\u00f3cios ou acionistas antes da reuni\u00e3o, observados os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es constantes da lei. <\/p>\n
Such meeting shall occur in the maximum term of 4 months as of the closure of the company\u00b4s fiscal year, that means, April 30, 2019.<\/strong>
